Most products that are discarded still have the potential to be used by others, which can significantly reduce waste and contribute to environmental sustainability, particularly within our state. Reusing and recycling materials such as clothing and other textiles plays a crucial role in decreasing overall waste.

Textile recycling, in particular, has a major impact on reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Each year in the United States, approximately 2 million tons of textiles are recycled, an environmental effort that has the same positive effect as removing about 1 million cars from American highways.

Our goal is to remove as many clothing items and household goods as possible from landfills. By encouraging the reuse and donation of these items, we can significantly reduce environmental waste and pollution.
